We help with smartphones, laptops and computers, home Wi-Fi, printers, Smart TVs and streaming, video doorbells, buying advice and online safety. All our operatives hold full Enhanced DBS checks.

We will always agree the price with you first, before any work begins, and there are no call-out fees. If you are unsure whether we cover your village, just ask.
What if I live outside these areas?
Please get in touch anyway. We cover much of Essex, and many things, such as training, advice and troubleshooting, can be done online or over the phone.
Can you help me without visiting?
Yes. Many people are helped online by phone or video call, which suits anyone who prefers not to have a visitor.
